Kennedy and her straw slot...

Kennedy lost her first tooth!   

Daddy was not home that night, so she HAD to call him immediately to share the news!

She was SO brave...she was pushing and pulling her tooth back and forth in an effort to get it out.

Then, she gave mommy full reign and I took of a hold of it with a washcloth and YANKED it out!

She was SO HAPPY!!

Now she eagerly awaits the arrival of the tooth fairy.

The tooth fairy came that night.  Kennedy left her a note asking for her tooth to stay, so she could show her daddy.  The tooth fairy obliged...and left the tooth along with a gold dollar coin and a new charm bracelet with the first charm of many (each tooth with result in a new charm)!

Happy Birthday Mr. Mom!!

This weekend was Daddy-O's birthday.  Thanks to his sister he got his beloved Pumpkin Pie!  

Unfortunately for him, I have been SO BUSY...he did not get much recognition...as a  matter of fact...he had to make his own Birthday dinner.  

He didn't seem to mind!

We LOVE him SO MUCH...and I would not be capable of getting my PhD 

if it were not for him and his dedication.

Make a wish daddy-O, hope all your dreams come true.  XOXO

Kennedy more in love with the idea of eating pumpkin pie than actually eating it.

Big sister, Julie, joined us for festivities (or lack there of).  But we had a nice time nonetheless!
